La primaria durante la dictadura: Reforma curricular y "concentración" de escuelas rurales

Abstract
In this article we analyse the education's policies direct to the primary school that was designed and implementation for the education's ministers in the province of Buenos Aires. We mention two: the curricular reform and the program called 'concentration' for to the rural school. In the first place, we show that the minister disposes the continuity of the reform to begin in 1975 and we detail the distance that exist between contend of the norm and the implementation in the schools. About the second point, we explain that the authorities make a 'concentration' project that promote the closed of thousands of schools situate in rural zones.
