Abstract
This article is organized in two parts. The first presents the results of a research about Teachers Formation in the edge of the third millenium. The second presents the idea of paedagogic fundamentalism as an strategy to catch the teachers-readers and turn them to a bad-conscience way, respect their wen professional trajectory.
