Entre la homogeneización moralizante y la adaptación al entorno: la escolarización bonaerense durante la última dictadura (1976-1983)
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article intends to analyse the senses that organised the educational policies in the province of Buenos Aires during the last military dictatorship. We will explore historical sources so as to focus on the way that some measures that supposed a strong intervention from the provincial state and that were destined to 're-moralize' a 'chaotic' society were unsteadily combined with some attempts to 'modernise' an educational system that was 'in crisis'. In this last case, we will argue that they were structured around the idea of adapting schooling to the context needs, and that from that place the dictatorship participated in a previous wide debate about modernising schooling in Argentina, accounting for the end of some senses for schooling and installing a way of processing its 'nodernisation' that would have important consequences beyond the end of the regime.
