Personalization and Secondary School: Schooling Dynamics in Different Social Groups

Abstract
The article is based on the results of two investigations that account for a number of changes in the modes of secondary schooling effectuate young people from different social sectors. In the same processes are identified in both strategy customization for schooling contexts marked by inequality. The analysis deals with institutions for training elites who develop the International Baccalaureate program, and a set of schools that welcomes young people, mostly from poor economic sectors that have been out of high school. Beyond the distances and differences identified deep continuities inquires about customization processes of relationships between teachers and students that will be the focus of analysis
